The Challenge of Dye Migration

As with other polyester products, heating during the transfer process can reactivate polyester dyes. This may cause dye migration from the fabric into the print, leading to unwanted discoloration, shade changes, or loss of contrast. Without proper protection, the final result can be unpredictable.
